Darren Norris is an experienced public servant and business executive with over 28 years of active service in law enforcement. He has held various command staff positions at the county and municipal level agencies, including as Deputy Chief of Police (Ret), and has extensive experience in a range of areas, including K-9 handling, narcotics/vice investigations, patrol supervision, and tactical operations. As President of MUR Strategic, he has driven company growth in the security and training industry. Recently asked to return to active-duty law enforcement as interim Chief of Police for the Camden Police Department. As the agency head, he is responsible for managing the department's $3.6 million budget and leading all departmental operations while a nationwide search is conducted for a permanent replacement.
